Catherine (Katy) M. (O'Toole) Frank

AUBURN — Catherine M. (Katy) O’Toole Frank, 90, of Auburn, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 10, 2019. Born in Auburn, to John C. and Mary A. Failey O’Toole, she was a graduate of Misericordia University, in Dallas, Pa. She was employed at Western Electric; had worked as a substitute teacher in the Auburn School District; and retired from The Citizen in 1994. She was a lifelong and devoted parishioner of St. Mary’s Church, in Auburn. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Tom (Cathy) O’Toole, Molly (Dan) O’Toole-Mahoney, Michael (Anne) O’Toole, and Kathleen (Tim) O’Toole-McKenzie; along with her great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor (Hilary), Elizabeth, Emily, Collin, Jack, Laura, Mary, Maeve, and Bridey; and great-great-nephew, Declan. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Frank; parents, John and Mary; and brothers, John, James, and William. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. May 13, 2019, in St. Mary’s Church, 15 Clark St., Auburn, NY 13021.
