Donald G Hendrick

Donald G. Hendrick, 70, of Smithler Road, Cato, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse.

Mr. Hendrick was born in Auburn on November 27, 1948 to the late George and Thelma Bogart  Hendrick.

After 42 years of employment, Don retired from Mc Quay International. He was a member of the Cato Legion, and  enjoyed the time he spent being a volunteer driver for the Cato Ambulance, and the Scat Van.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Brenda Hendrick; his  step grandson, Bradley Van Vorst and step great granddaughter Kaydence VanVorst both of Ok., whom he loved dearly . He was predeceased by his step grandson Nelson.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, April 7th from 10am -12pm  with a service to begin at noon in White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Dr. Weedsport.

Committal Service to follow in the mausoleum  at St. Joseph’s  Cemetery, Lake Ave Auburn.
