Joseph A. Schatzle Jr., 93, of Syracuse, passed away February 5, 2019. Born in Camden, NJ on December 26, 1925, Joseph was the son of the late Joseph and Mildred Wylie Schatzle Sr. Joseph is survived by his sister, Carolyn Emerson, his nieces and nephew, Gary (Sharon) Emerson, Jill (Anthony) Franceschelli and Sally (Edward) Wagner, several great nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Joseph was predeceased by his sister, Barbara Kitchens. Services will be held privately for the family. Arrangements are with White Chapel Funeral Home Inc., Auburn.
