Roger W. Edmunds

Roger W. Edmunds, 74, formerly of Auburn passed away in Spartanburg,  SC on Monday, February 19, 2018.  Roger was born in Auburn on February 18, 1944, he was the son of the late William and Irma Perkins Edmunds. He spent the last several years in South Carolina, close to his family. Roger was a Vietnam veteran, having served in the US Army as a Medical Records Specialist.  He later was employed at Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES for 27 years, instructing Motor Vehicle Operations.
Roger is survived by his devoted family, his four nieces and nephews, nine great-nieces and nephews, two great-great niece and nephew and, his brother-in-law Dalton Hills.
  Roger  was predeceased by his father, William, his brother Richard Edmunds and his sister Marilyn Ruth Hills.  
Services will be held on Saturday, February 24, at 11:00 AM  at the White Chapel Funeral Home Inc, 197 South St, Auburn. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 AM.
Burial will be at the Weedsport Rural Cemetery, in the spring.
