Thomas E Hassett

Thomas E. Hassett, 70, of Lakeview Dr. Auburn, passed away, Sunday, April 21, 2019 , at Auburn Community Hospital.

Born in Auburn on January 28, 1949, he was the son of the late John and Helen Lynch Hassett.

Mr. Hassett was previously employed as a supervisor for Alco in Auburn. He was an avid reader and history buff.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Margaret Kehoe Hasset; his sons, Greg (Yvonne )Hassett  and Ken(Carrie) Hassett; his grandsons, Owen and Emmett; his brother, John (Cathy) Hassett; his sister, Kathy (John) Baran; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held Friday, April 26, 2019 from 10:30am to 11:45am at Sacred Heart Church, 90 Melrose Rd. Auburn NY. A funeral mass will follow at noon. Entombment will be at St, Joseph’s Cemetery.
