I knew Joe when he was a little boy living on Seymour St. Actually his sister and I were school mates. They came to my house to play sometimes. We "hung out" in the front yard at his home back of Carl's Cleaners. Sorry for your lose. Please accept my condolences. I live in Georgia now but monitor the Citizen for events.
