Ann V. Martens passed away on June 1, 2021. Ann was born May 13, 1933, daughter of Ralph and Viola Vreeland of Montezuma, N.Y. Ann was a 1951 graduate of Port Byron Central School. Widow of Lucien J. Martens. Ann was a member of St. Joseph’s Church, Weedsport, N.Y.
Surviving are her two sons, Lucien R. Martens of Seneca Falls N.Y., John C. Martens and his wife Kim of Port Byron, N.Y. and a daughter, Dolores M. Davis and her husband, Rob of Syracuse, N.Y. A step son, Robert Martens and his wife, Maxine of Union Springs, N.Y., two step daughters, Patricia Lussier and her husband, Pete of Sweedsboro N.J., and Rosemary Martens of Kelseyville, CA., one stepson, Emiel Martens, predeceased her in 2000, her sister, Lila Gay of Savannah, N.Y. and a sister in law, Clarisse Coggins of Waterloo, N.Y., 5 grandchildren, 11 step grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 4th from 4-7 pm in White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Drive, Weedsport. A mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 5th at 10 am in St. Joseph’s Church, Weedsport with interment to follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Weedsport.
