Beverly Hill

Beverly "Pinky" Jean Hill, 88, of Auburn, passed away on Wednesday July 16, 2025, at Auburn Community Hospital. Born in Auburn on June 26, 1937, Beverly was the daughter of the late Albertous and Elizabeth Bednam Seamans. She was a homemaker, caring for six children. Beverly enjoyed cleaning and was very meticulous about the appearance of her yard. She also enjoyed shopping, especially her weekly visits to Walmart and Marshalls. Above all, she loved her family and the time she shared with each of them.

Beverly is survived by her children, Elizabeth (Patrick) Allen, Lorrie (Larry) Champlin, Jeffrey Shutter, James Shutter, Shawn (Vicky) Shutter and Jessie (Mindy) Shutter; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, Beverly was predeceased by her husband, John P. Hill in 2013 and her brothers, Vernon, Durwood and Jerald Seamans. 

Calling hours for Beverly will be held on Thursday, July 24th from 10am - 12pm in White Chapel Funeral Home Inc., 197 South Street, Auburn NY. A funeral service will follow at noon in the funeral home with burial in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Union Springs, NY. 

Donations in Beverly's name may be made to the Union Springs Fire Department.
