Bonnie Sullivan

Bonnie Sullivan of Weedsport passed away Friday, April 26,2024, at the Commons in Auburn. Bonnie was born November 18, 1941, to Bill and Olga (Mathews) Ripley. Bonnie graduated from Cato-Meridian High School in 1959. During high school Bonnie enjoyed art, archery, basketball and field hockey. After high school Bonnie attended Syracuse University and studied Art. Later in life Bonnie was an avid George Straight fan. She and her husband Jim were also Syracuse season ticket holders for football and basketball for many years. Her other interests included sewing, cooking and enjoying the time spent with her family. 

Bonnie is survived by her sons Mark (Donna) Sullivan of Jordan, and Mike (Amy Dyer) Sullivan of Weedsport; grandchildren, Scott (Alley), Katherine, Jared and Jenna; along with Josh, Isaiah, Jonah and Norah Dyer; her sisters Kathy Stamp of Columbus Ohio, and Pat Sullivan of Weedsport.

She was predeceased by her husband Jim of 54 years in 2015.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 1st from 4-6 pm at White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Dr. Weedsport.

Graveside services will be 10:15am Thursday, May 2nd St. Joseph's Cemetery, Weedsport.  Donations may be made to Weedsport Fire Department. To offer condolences please visit whitechapelfh.com
