Bonnie Youngs

Bonnie Youngs, 62, of Clark St. Auburn, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019, at Upstate Hospital in Syracuse. Mrs. Youngs was born in Elbridge on October 11, 1956. Bonnie had a love of animals and cooking. She had a heart of gold, and was always helping those in need. After passing, she continues to help by donating to the CNY Eye and Tissue Bank. Bonnie is survived by her children, Jill Stevenson, Michael (Amanda) Youngs and Robert Youngs; her mother and step-father, Alida Newkirk and Donald Spencer; her beloved grandchildren, Cora, Maya, Jesse, Dani and Deah; her brothers, Jacob (Lindy), Barry, Bevan( Diane), Laurence, Ira and Eddie (Carla) Newkirk; her sister, Holly (James) O’Shea; several nieces and nephews ; and her best friend and care giver, Judy Phillips Bonnie was predeceased by her loving husband of 38 years, William “Bill” Youngs in 2015; her precious grandson, Cole and her father, Jacob Newkirk. A Memorial Service will be held at Friday, January 18th at 5pm, at White Chapel Funeral Home Inc., 197 South St., Auburn NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bonnie’s name may be made to the Upstate Cancer Center at Upstate Foundation 750 East Adams St. Syracuse, NY 13210
