Bruce Allen Corey

Bruce A. Corey, 64, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on October 7, 2023. He was born on December 25, 1958. He was the son of the late Carlton and Joann Corey. Bruce served in the National Guards and worked many years at Rizzo Construction before joining the team at Upstate Paving.

Bruce is survived by his sons; William Fassett of Corpus Christi and John Corey of Auburn; his significant other, Rene Smith; grandchildren, Kalib, Kyle and Ethan Fassett and Syphia and Bryan Corey; sister, Cathy Feocco (Don Moore); brothers, Carl Corey (Kathy Peters), Bill and Margaret Corey, Tom Corey (Leanne Callahan), Ed and Donna Corey and brother-in-law, Mike Feocco. He is also survived by his grandpup, Skye, along with many special nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bruce was predeceased by his son, Bryan Corey and infant son, Bruce Corey Jr.

Bruce was a member of the Union Springs American Legion, the UNC Club, the Utopia Club and the Eagles Club. Bruces favorite pastime was hanging out with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his generous heart, his great smile and his sense of humor. To know him was truly to love him.

Friends are invited to pay their respects Thursday October 12th 4-7pm at the White Chapel Funeral Home, 197 South Street Auburn. Funeral services will be Friday October 13th 11am at White Chapel. A celebration of Bruces life will be held after the graveside service at the UNC Club, Washington St, Auburn, NY
