Catherine A Morgan

Catherine A Quimby. Morgan, (“Kitten”) 68 of Auburn, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse due to extended health issues. Mrs. Morgan was born in Auburn on April 10, 1956, to the; late Robert and Therisa "Rita" Thivierge Quimby. Catherine worked for years as a machine operator for Auburn Wire where she retired from. Catherine enjoyed the little things in life like her love for classic movies. Swimming and family cookouts. She enjoyed spending time with all her family members. She always kept a strong faith in God.  

Catherine is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jerry Morgan Sr.; children, Jerry Morgan Jr., Craig (Patty) Morgan and Stacie (Jim) Sullivan; grandchildren, Christopher Foltz, Brittani Sullivan, Sara Sullivan, Elizabeth Morgan and Matthew Morgan; She is also survived by her siblings, Dick (Victoria) Quimby, Linda (Tom) O'Hora, Rose (Butch) Quimby, David (Mary Lou) Quimby, Bernie Quimby, and Johnny (Barbara) Quimby. And several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her parents, Catherine was predeceased by her siblings, Janet Nevodomsky, Rita Belles and Dennis Quimby.  

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 10am -noon at White Chapel Funeral Home, 197 South St. Auburn. Services to immediately follow at noon in the funeral home.  

Burial will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. 

Family gathering will be held at Catherines house after services are concluded.
