Charles Cofrancesco Jr., 81, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the Commons in Auburn.
He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Carmella Cofrancesco. Charles is survived by his sisters, Jeanne Cofrancesco and Joan Cofrancesco (Janine Bartolotti), and his ex-wife Bonnita Symes Walsh.
He was a graduate of West High School. Charles was stationed in Korea and received an honorable discharge from the United States Army. He worked at Red Star Trucking.
In high school, his art teacher Mr. Reynolds created art studio classes for him because he was great at art. His love of creativity came from his mother who created hats, dresses, etc., and great meals. She also wrote a couple of songs and sang.
Charles loved to create model wagons, cars, etc. But his real love came in model trains. He loved to create train layouts his whole life; this was his passion.
He also loved his cats, Sheba and Theo. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, Irene Erra Pidlypchak, Marty Malvaso, and Michelle Keenan.
At his request, there will be no services held.
