Cynthia K. Harmon, 68 of Auburn passed away Monday, June 22, 2026 in Auburn Community Hospital. Born in Oklahoma City, OK on April 22, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Catherine Beard Laury. Cynthia was a self-employed hairdresser for many years and enjoyed trips to the beach, the lake house, looking at Christmas lights in the winter and the occasional shopping adventure. Above all, her family was her life, and she cherished the time spent with her loving children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband David R. Harmon; daughters Robin Harmon and Monica Stevens (Jim); son David Harmon; grandchildren Michael (Paige), Jay (Hannah), Cody (Alyjah), Caitlyn (Jorden), Collin (Hannah), Courtney (Allison), Justin, David, Stephanie, Jonathan, Robert, Kendall, Jordan and Joey; great grandchildren Leilani, Vincenzo, Mateo, Parker, Bentley and Grayson; siblings Mike Laury (Sandy), Bobbie Decker (Ed Gleason) and Shawn Laury; one Uncle Elmer Laury; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Cynthia is predeceased by her son Michael J. Harmon.
Please join the family for a Celebration of Life at 2:00pm, Saturday June 27, 2026 at the home of Monica and Jim Stevens, 1468 State Route 31, Port Byron.
