Dorene F. Bell

Dorene F. Bell, 76, of Moravia, passed away on March 26, 2024, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. Born on November 21, 1947, Dorene was the daughter of the late Gerald and Martha (Collins) Hess. She was employed with Welch Allyn for many years prior to her retirement. Dorene enjoyed shopping, gardening, the sunshine and day trips with her daughter. She loved her cats and her fish tank. Dorene had a great sense of humor and was loved by so many.

 Dorene is survived by her daughter, Alicia Wiler; her son, Jason (Valerie) Kelly; her grandchildren, Madison and Aiden Kelly, her sisters, Isabel Short, Joanne Bean Weeks, Jeri (Mark) Hess and Yvonne Gentilcore; her sister in- law, Tina Bell and her brother-in-law, Ted Bell; along with several nieces, nephews and extended family members. 

 In addition to her parents, Dorene was predeceased by her beloved husband, Timothy Bell; her granddaughter, Bryona Marie Wiler; and her brother, Jerry Hess. 

 There will be no calling hours or services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
