Elaine F. (Harrington) Ozolins

Elaine F. Ozolins, 68 of Weedsport, passed away Friday, January 9, 2026 in Matthew House. Born in Ithaca on December 1, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Olga Frederickson Harrington and was a graduate of Ithaca High School, Class of 1975. Elaine held many positions over her lifetime, but none more important than the role of wife, mother and grandmother. A lover of animals, she enjoyed pet sitting for clients and was also employed as a Teacher's Aide with Weedsport Schools and a secretary at Cayuga Community College. Elaine loved to attend airshows and see a couple of her favorite planes, the F4U Corsair and the F-4 Phantom. For many years she was active with and served as the secretary at the First Presbyterian Church of Weedsport. 

She is survived by her husband John Ozolins; two sons Jason Ozolins (Kirstie) and Jeremy Ozolins (Nicholette); one brother Robert Harrington (Diane); three grandchildren Adaline, Desmond and Valerie; and several nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings Paul Harrington and Dian Schultz. 

Per Elaine's wishes, there are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements are with White Chapel Funeral Home, Weedsport.
