George Southworth Obituary
George S. Southworth 74, of Haiti Road, Port Byron passed away Wednesday February 6, 2019 at Auburn Community Hospital.
He was the son of the late George and Irene Aldrich Southworth, and was born April 7, 1944 in Auburn. He was a graduate of
Port Byron High School and proudly served his country with the US Army, during the Vietnam War.
He retired from Bombadier Transportation of Auburn, and had previously worked as a Cayuga County Sheriff.
George is survived by 6 nieces and 3 nephews.
He was predeceased by his two sisters, Suzanne Cheney and Delilah Francis.
Funeral services will be held privately with White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Dr. Weedsport.
