Jane (Cuff) Quinn, 95, of Auburn passed away Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Finger Lakes Center for Living. Mrs. Quinn was born in Auburn on April 9, 1929, to the late Benjamin and Flossie Hicks Cuff.
Jane lived on Fourth Ave in the Town of Owasco for 90 years. After graduation from Central High in 1947, she was employed by Luke Williams Lumber Company and then the Red & White Grocery store on Owasco Rd. for many years. Mrs. Quinn also worked at the voting polls at the Owasco Fire Department for 35 years.
Jane enjoyed playing bridge, traveling, and spending time with family. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Jane is survived by one daughter, Kathleen (James) Kleiber, and two sons, Richard (Lorraine) Quinn and Dennis Quinn; five grandchildren, Jason (Kiersten) Kleiber, Kimberly (James) Coley, Brian (Tammy) Quinn, David Quinn, and Amy (Brian) Quinn Gorzka; and eight great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Jane was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, William, who passed away in 1993; and her daughter-in-law, Sheri Quinn who passed away in 2012.
Jane's family would like to thank the staff at Finger Lakes Center for Living for their excellent care and friendship they offered to our Mother and to us.
Services are with White Chapel Funeral Home, Auburn and will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
