Jessica Rae Carpenter

Jessica Rae Carpenter, 34, of Auburn passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.  Jessica was born in Auburn, NY on September 26, 1990.
She enjoyed music and drawing. Jessica was strong willed woman with a heart of gold; she would help anyone in need at any time. She absolutely loved celebrating birthdays and holidays, especially Christmas, that was her favorite.
Jessica was the happiest just being with her family and close friends. Nothing compared to the time she spent with her daughter, Julianna and nieces, Amoura and Nevaeh.
Jessica’s angel number was 333….think of her when you see this number.

Jessica is survived by her mother, Lisa Martin (Jim) ; her daughter, Julianna Sierzenga, her sister, Madison Martin;  her nieces, Amoura and Nevaeh; her grandparents, Joanne Bruton, Dawn Kott Franke (Ed), and Roger Carpenter; her aunts, Dawn Bruton Vermeulen, Lynn Carpenter Edwards (Jim); her uncle, Michael Bruton (Heather); cousins, Christopher Vermeulen (Danielle), Chelsea Wilkes (Brandi), Caitlyn Vermeulen, Jeffrey DeCaro and Shelbi Carpenter; and many close friends.

Jessica was predeceased by her father, Gary Carpenter; her grandparents, Donald Bruton and Rita Martin; her beloved dog, Damon; and her cats, Angel, Lily Jean and Monkey.

Jessica’s Family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the nurses, doctors and staff on 4th Floor Cardiac ICU at Strong Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
