Joyce A Bergerstock

One of the Lord's angels was called home on Monday, May 7, 2018., Joyce A. Bergerstock, 77, of Kings Corners Rd. Union Springs.

Joyce was born in Auburn on May 7, 1941 to the late, Henry and Helen Wiseman Verbeck. Mrs. Bergerstock was a teachers aide for Southern Cayuga School District. She had a love for nature, gardening and animals. Joyce taught 4H for over 20 years, and was a member of the Heart of NY China Painters and the garden club. Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Raydon Bergerstock; her children, Ronald L. Bergerstock and Diana (Ron) Massey; her grandchildren, Donald (Rachael) Massey, Andrew Massey, Leighann Bergerstock and Thomas McGetrick; her great granddaughter, Olivia Massey; her brothers, Richard (Marian) Verbeck and Harold Verbeck; her brothers-in-law, Robert Bergerstock and Joseph Bergerstock; a special friend, Joan Minde Welch; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was  predeceased by her two sons, William Bergerstock and Edward Bergerstock and her brother John Verbeck.

Calling hours will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018, from 5pm-7pm at White Chapel Funeral Home Inc. 197 South St. Auburn. Services to immediately follow at 7pm.
