Kevin E. Raymond

Kevin E. Raymond, 66 of Auburn passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023 in St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse. Born in Auburn, he was the son of the late Elwood and Nyleta Sipes Raymond and a resident of Union Springs. Together with his father, Kevin owned and operated Ray's Auto Service in Union Springs. In his early years, he enjoyed Stock Car racing at many local tracks, donning the number 69 on his car. 

He is survived by his wife Dwyn Coghlan of Aurelius; one daughter Julie Gulbe (Jamie) of Union Springs; two granddaughters Gabrielle Gulbe (Shawn Lillie) of Union Springs and Breanna Gulbe (Ian Trufant) of Auburn; two great granddaughters Rosalie and Hazel; siblings Pamela Raymond, Seward Raymond (Debbie), Shiela Edwards, Jacqueline Andresian (Debbie), Paula Dibble, Ed Eggelston (Theresa), William S. Raymond (Terry), Ginger Lee Fellows; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

In addition to his parents, Kevin is predeceased by brothers C. Elwood Raymond Jr. and Gaylord Smith.

A memorial gathering will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with White Chapel Funeral Home Inc., 197 South Street, Auburn.
