M. Leone VanHoover September 25, 1926- April 17, 2023
M. Leone VanHoover, 96, passed away on April 17th in Hospice Care after a long illness. Leone lived most of her life in the Weedsport and Port Byron area. She was predeceased by her late husband, Clarence VanHoover, who passed away in April 2007. They were married for over 60 years.
She loved her husband and they were both active members of the Port Byron Methodist Church. She loved cooking, going camping, volunteering with the church, being involved in the community and doing puzzles. Most importantly she loved her family. She is survived by her sister Martha and her three children, Marvin (Patricia), Jack (Linda), and Kay (Brian). She had 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours or public services.
