Mary L. Prosser

Mary L. Prosser, 92, of Weedsport, passed away peacefully at her home on May 28, 2024; surrounded by her two daughters.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Melvin A. Prosser; her parents, Archibald and Hazel Parker; 11 brothers and 5 sisters. Mary is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Daniel) Barbaglia and Eileen (Rodney) Derevenko; five grandchildren: Maria (Andrew) Antil, Rebekah (Alexander) Howell, Mark (Kayla) Malisa, Wyatt Derevenko, Derek (Danielle) DeBois; 10 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and one sister-in-law, Carol Parker.

Mary loved her family and friends visiting. She always wanted to play Yahtzee, cards and Farkle. She loved to bake and always made sure there was a dessert to be served. She will be greatly missed and remembered by many.

Calling hours: 2pm - 4pm; Sunday, June 2nd, White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Drive, Weedsport, NY. A graveside service will be held Monday, 10am, in Weedsport Rural Cemetery.
