Michael K. Cook

Michael K. Cook, 69 of Jordan, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021; at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse. Mr. Cook was born on August 31, 1952; in Syracuse, N.Y. to the late Kermie and Marilyn Gilchrist Cook. He was employed with Crucible Steel in Syracuse for 31 years. Michael loved the outdoors, he was an avid hunter and ice fisherman.

Michael is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Lillian Cottrill Cook; his children, Mindy Rutledge with Ken, Michael S. (Amy) Cook, Brian (Becky) Cook and Jennifer (Jason) Leon; his siblings, Michelle Green, Jeffrey Cook, Mark Cook and Gregory Cook; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and his beloved lab, Cruz.

Visitation will be held from 2:30 - 5:30 pm on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Drive, Weedsport.
