Michael C. Miller

Michael C. Miller, 69, of Weedsport, passed away May 1, 2025 at home, surrounded by his children. 

Mike loved dancing with his late wife, Debbie. He was an avid hunter with a rather large gun collection. He loved spending his summers on the boat in the sunshine with an ice cold Pabst in hand, and you can not forget the blasting rock music. For the last 52 years when Mike was not spending time with friends, he was working on cars as a mechanic at Bidleman Ford.

Mike, aka “Pop”, loved spending Christmas mornings with his grandkids; Mason and Madison. 

Mike is predeceased by his late wife Deborah Miller; his parents Jerome Miller and Luella and Donald Peters; and his sister Victoria Demarchi. 

Michael is survived by his 8 children, Daniel Rookey, Johanna Miller Povlock, Mckenzie Miller Crouch, Justin (Kristynn) Miller, Frances (Khaaliq) Miller, Kathleen Miller, Michelle (Christopher) Miller Horr, and Michael Miller; stepchildren, Jason Murphy, Kari Murphy, Kathleen Walters; many grandchildren; sisters Linda (Robert) Sandefur, and Amy Miller; and several nieces and nephews. 
 

Calling hours will be conducted Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 4 to 7 PM in the White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Dr., Weedsport. Friends are invited to join the family for a funeral service to be offered Thursday, at 12 noon in the funeral home.
