Patricia Lynn (Connelly) Granger

Patricia Lynn (Connelly) Granger passed away, surrounded by loved ones, on January 14th, 2024, in Malta, NY, after a tenacious two-year battle with cancer.

Patricia was born in Auburn on August 1st, 1959, to James and Beverly (Rowell) Connelly. She spent her entire life in the Auburn area. She married the love of her life, Roger A. Granger, on August 20th, 1983. Mom was born in the wrong decade and was a lifelong hippie at heart. She loved three things the most: the blues, throwing legendary parties, and, most of all, her family (especially her grandchildren).

Patricia was predeceased by the following: Husband, Roger A. Granger; her parents, James and Beverly Connelly; and stepchildren, Roger L. Granger and Danielle J. Granger.

She is survived by her son, Martin (Debbonnie) Granger; daughter, Amanda (Austin) Parker; grandchildren, Stephanie (Jason) Franklin, Ashley Granger, Kellie (Andrew) Barney, Dayshawn Hollister, Debreonna Hollister, Gavin Granger, Mason Granger, and Dylan Parker; great-grandchildren, Violet and Sienna Franklin, Harper Vanderwall, and Lucy Barney; siblings, Kathleen (John) Ryan, Kevin (Cathie) Connelly, Colleen (David) Crosby, and Susan Connelly; numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins; and close friends, Elaine Granger and Eli Gansert.

Arrangements are with White Chapel Funeral Home in Weedsport. Per Mom's wishes, there will be no calling hours, and there will be a celebration of life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family is seeking donations to be made in Patricia's honor to the Bike 4 Life, Inc. located at 144 Genesee St., Suite #102, Auburn, NY 13021, a cause near and dear to Mom's heart.
