Philip C. Youngs

Philip C. Youngs, 66 of Jordan passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025 at his home. Born March 2, 1959 in Syracuse, he was the son of the late Robert and Gloria Perry Youngs and was a graduate of Jordan Elbridge High School. Philip was a Veteran having served with the United States Marine Corps. from 1977 - 1980. He was employed with, and retired from, PPC in Syracuse as a Cable Engineer. Philip enjoyed watching NCIS on television, attending the State Fair and Monster Truck Rallys. 

He is survived by his brother Patrick Youngs (Pam); sister Carol Chase (John); several nieces and nephews, as well as close nephew and caregiver Andrew Hartsock. 

In addition to his parents, Philip is predeceased by his loving wife Pamela Hartsock Youngs; and brothers Lawrence, William "Bill" and Chistopher Youngs

There will be a Celebration of Philip's Life to be held at 1:00pm Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the Ancient Order of Hibernians, 79 VanAnden Street, Auburn.

Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Elbridge, will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with White Chapel Funeral Home, Weedsport.
