Richard H. Alnutt

Richard H. Alnutt, 81 of Weedsport, passed away at his home on Sunday, June 1, 2025. Mr. Alnutt was born in Auburn, NY on June 3, 1943, to the late Harold K. and Vernelia M. Hussey Alnutt. Richard proudly served our country with the United States Air Force from 1962-1966. He retired as a Chief Lineman from NYSEG after 35 years of employment.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sally O'Brien Alnutt; his children, Scott J. Becker (Beth) and Jacki Faulkner (Tim); grandchildren, Peyton, Chelsea, Ryan, Janay, and Camryn; his sister Barbara Salisbury; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Richard was predeceased by his two brothers, Robert and Edward Alnutt.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 9th from 10am - noon; with a funeral service to immediately follow at noon all in White Chapel Funeral 2719 Erie Drive Weedsport.

Burial will be in Weedsport Rural Cemetery.
