Richard A. Charles, 74, of Throop passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at home surrounded by his family. Mr. Charles was born in Auburn, on September 24, 1949, to the late Edward and Virginia Kierst Charles. For over 30 years, Richard was employed by New Process Gear.
