Steven T Short

Steven T. Short, 43, of Cayuga passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. He was born in Auburn, NY on July 29, 1981. 

Steve was most recently employed as a cook with the Krebs and prior to that at Elephant and The Dove; he had a passion for cooking. Steve was a free spirit and has always had a love for nature and fishing. 

Steve is survived by his mother, Judy Donahue; his brothers Chuck (Kristine) Short, Jason Donahue and Dale Donahue; his sons, Steven (Kirsten), Gavin, Jeffery and Tristin; grandson, Samuel; nieces, Hailey and Gracie; aunts, Pam Bryan and Joanne Woodman; and cousins, Mark Sychtysz, Traci (Cory) Randall, PJ (Mary) Hickey and Dennis Hickey. 

Steve was predeceased by his dad, Harold "Buddy" Short in 2011.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 5th from 4-6pm at White Chapel Funeral Home Inc., 197 South St. Auburn.
