Thomas Coopper

Thomas D. Coopper, 72 of the Boyle Center, Auburn passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 in the Commons on St. Anthony.  Born August 31, 1951, Tom was the son of the late Eric and Virginia Cheney Coopper.  He was a loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews.  He liked to share his vast knowledge and love of nature.  He had a lifelong interest of automobiles and NASCAR racing which included a drive up to the top of Pikes Peak in Colorado.

He is survived by one sister Janet Holley (Sion) of CO; one Aunt Nancy Netti (Pat) of Auburn; nieces and nephews include Melissa Kowaleski (Michael) of Newark; Christopher Coopper (Jennifer) of Auburn; Jason Coopper (Mary) of Baldwinsville; Eric Driscoll of CA; Jennifer Correia (Anthony) of OR; and Kendahl Eberle (Andrew) of CO; and many cousins. Tom is predeceased by one brother David Coopper and sister Susan Driscoll.

Services for Tom will be private, and burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are with the White Chapel Funeral Home Inc., 197 South Street, Auburn.
