First of all, thank you for this opportunity to commend you on a job well done. Even though I couldn't make it from Florida to my brother's, (Marine George D. Hotaling) services, December,2019, I was told it went off without a hitch, (which is code word for family drama, lol). On that note, I'm sure the services for my cousin, on July 6th, another Marine, Richard J. Hotaling Sr. will go just as well. Thank you for all that you do to comfort my loved ones.

I cannot begin to say how much White Chapel and the staff has helped our family in the last 13 months. First with our dads passing in April 2020, right as the pandemic was shutting things down, they went above and beyond to make our wishes happen. They were there every step of the way, to answer any question or honor what they could of our requests. Their empathy, compassion and sensitivity really touched us. Then this month in May, with my moms sudden passing, they were amazing working with me over phone, text and email to set up her wake and funeral mass. They have truly gone above and beyond for our family and again they have done it with so much compassion, caring and sensitivity. I realize this is the business they chose to be in but i truly feel like they go above and beyond for the families that come to them to handle these difficult times and Thank you does not seem to be adequate but it is what I have.
